When can I get the price?

We usually quote within 24 hours after receiving your inquiry. If time is urgent please call or email us so that we can priorities your inquiry.

 

How can I get a sample to check your quality?

After price confirmation, you can request a sample to check our quality.

If you just need a blank sample to check the design and paper quality, we will provide free sample, as long as you pay the express freight.

 

Can you do the design for us?

Yes. 

We have a professional team experienced in design and manufacturing.  Just tell us your ideas and we will help to bring your dream into reality. If you do not have professional quality graphic files, that is ok. Just send us high resolution images, your Logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you the finished design files for your confirmation.

 

How long does it take to get the sample?

After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express mail and arrive in 3-5 business days. 

You can use your own express account or prepay with us if you do not have an account.

 

 What about the lead time for sampling and mass production?

Usually 10 -15days to mass production (It depends on your quantity. )

Sample time: 4-7 days.

Generally speaking, we s est that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products to your country.

 

What is the product size?

We do customized products, any size we can make according to your requirement.

 

What color can I use?

Pantone colors as well as the common 4 color (CMYK) process, any color is available.

 

What about the lead time for sampling and mass production?
