Cheetos Making machine

1.Description:

Cheetos/ Kurkure / Cheese is a very popular and easy making product. They are manufactured by extruding heated dough through a die that forms the particular shape. They may be ball-shaped, curly, straight, or irregularly shaped. In India, it was called "Kurkure" Corn curls are special extruded snacks, very crunchy and great in taste. They are made by a special extrusion process. The corn grits is moisturized in the flour mixer with water and fed to the Rotary Head Extruder. In the extruder, due to the two rotary plates made of yellow brass, the corn grits are squeezed and twisted to formcurls shape. The curls pass through the die and gets cut by the cutting knifes into required lengths. The Kurkure/ Cheetos/Cheese are fried in cooking oil or toasted in oven and then cooled before flavoring. Seasoning is sprayed on the surface to improve their taste.

2.Features Of Extruder:

a. The screws are made by alloy steel (38CrMoAL) and special craft by nitriding process, The HRC hardness is around 60---62, it has good self-cleaning ability and does not need to discharge or clean the barrel and screw, when roasting or replacing of materials.

b. The extrusion barrel is constructed of carbon steel, is made by #45 steel, stainless steel coating.

c. The gearbox has automatic lubrication function, with extends gear life.

d. Cutting knife fixed in the die head seat, rotary cutting by V-belt      drive.

e. SIEMENS(CHINA) brands electronic parts used in the controller box, make sure the extrusion process perfect.

f. Main Motor from SIEMENS(CHINA), ensure its powerful extrusion and excellent performance
