Product Description

Sand blaster, Shot blasting, or abrasive blasting, is an essential part of most steel mill, metal finishing and foundry operations and has been an established finishing technique since the late 18’s. It is a mechanical method of propelling abrasive using a centrifugal wheel to remove surface contamination, scale and other impurities from the surface of steel applications, like structural steel including massive bridge girders and heavy construction equipment, large weldments, plate steel, bar and wire steel and foundry castings. In general, blasting prior to finishing serves three primary purposes: it cleans and descales surfaces, adds texture to enhance paint adhesion, and if done properly reduces maintenance costs by increasing coating life.

1). Quality of products for one year to implement the "three guarantees." In the "Three Guarantees" period, that where a normal use of malfunction and damage (excluding wearing parts), the company is responsible for free repair or replacement.

2). In the warranty period, if quality problems arise, after receiving user notification within 24 hours: Without 24 hours by phone or fax to give a reply.

3). After warranty period, to provide quality services to users. We have enough easy-worn spare parts, ensure the quality and delivery time.

3 Guarantees

The company enforces “Brand” strategy; realize “Total Quality Control (TQC)” and ISO9001 International quality system certification.

1. The products are designed by experienced engineers; the design DRAWINGS are checked by experts, to guarantee the design quality;

2. The product will never be sub-contracted to the third-party;

3. As to the elements and parts of the products:
Such raw materials as steel plates and section steels are all purchased from brand factories;
Auxiliary elements, standard elements (such as rolling bearings, electric motors and reducers) are all purchased from brand companies, or designated by users.
The other elements (including plate weldment and machining elements, etc.), are all finished inside our company, to control the machining quality.
The electric elements adopts domestic quality (or imported, according to the user’s requirement) product, the PLC adopts international brand products (OMRON, MITSUBISH, SIEMENS, etc.), to guarantee the automation level.

4. A quality supervision team that consists of design engineers and quality inspectors is established, to guarantee the manufacturing quality.

5. Key parts (such as blast wheels), all experience long-time loading trial run within the factory.

6. As for large-scale non-standard equipment, after finishing manufacturing, the user will carry out the pre-acceptance to every functional part, only after the equipment is regarded as quality product, can it be allowed to leave the factory.
