Production Process 

Metallic heat transfer foil is made up of 6 layers, including PET, release layer, protective layer, color layer, aluminum layer and adhesive layer. 

The polyester carrier ( PET ) is the base layer for other coating. Upon application with heater & pressure, release layer will allow other layers to release from the PET carrier. Protective layer can protect the color, not easy to fall. Color coat has two functions: carrying the color tint in the form of pigments or dye and The fifth layer, aluminum layer provides the reflective quality or opacity required in metallic foils. Adhesive coat serves to stamp the foil to the substrate material, it determines the printability on different substrates.

4.Suitable for all high-speed auto stamping machine: Transfer printing process is environmental protection and easy to operate, it just needs through laminating machine, heating about 120 degrees, and pressuring, then   the leather surface can reach the effect of changing color.

Package: 

full transfer heat stamping foil: roll packed. inner packing with plastic and outer packing with paper box. Normal size: 1000m/roll or 3000m/roll,other size can be negotiated

Storage: Away from pressure, moisture, heat and sunshine, keep upright best. (Storage time: 2years)
