1. Brief introduction
Discharging device at bottom silo is composed of screw case at bottom silo, material distributing box at bottom silo, motorized (pneumatic) on-off valve, electric flow-control valveand discharge funnel. It is used for cement powder or cement discharging at bottom silo.Discharge device at bottom silo can adjust the flow automatically and uniformly. It has reasonable structure, simple and convenient operation and maintenance and has the maximum three discharge orifices. The user can also select discharge device at side silo. The sealing structure of the discharge device at bottom silo has two types of forms: soft sealing and rigid sealing. Soft sealing structure uses woolen felt pressing between valve core and body. Rigid sealing structure has an extra connection spot at the import end. Arc-shaped steel seal is installed between the connection spot and valve core to achieve the steel sealing. The sealing clearance can be adjustable in order to be more applicable for the situation and cases of high frequency and high temperature. Its characters are good sealing effect and long life of device.
