GDZC Winding resistance tester(Double channel)

Calculation of winding temperature at the end of temperature rise test of transformer.

It is done at site in order to check for abnormalities due to loose connections, broken strands of conductor, high contact resistance in tap changers, high voltage leads and bushings.

1.Introduction

The DC resistance of transformer is used for testing, installing and exchanging the semi-finished or finished transformer. It’s also a necessity for power department  to do preventive trials. It can effectively help you to find disfigurements in the manufacturing of transformer such as the winding choosing, welding, loose joints, missing shares and hidden danger in the running. In order to meet the need of fast measurement of DC resistance, our company makes use of our technological advantage to develop the GDZC series DC resistance tester.

(4). Each interval of 60 seconds automatically print data.

(5).Equipped with temperature conversion software, curve waveforms.
