~GQ40/50 steel bar bending machine is a kind of improvement on the structure of the steel bar bending machine. It comprises reducer, big gear, small gear, bending disk and its characteristics are in the structure: the double-grade brake motor and the speed reducer are directly connected, which is used as a primary speed reduction; small gear and big gear engagement as the second stage speed reducer; big gear is always driving the bending disk rotation; bending disk has central axis hole and several bending axis holes; positioning square bars of working table are respectively arranged with several locating axis holes. Because the double-grade brake motor and the speed reducer are directly connected as the primary speed reduction, input and output rpm is accurate, the bending speed is stable and accurate, and  transformation speed can be automatically controlled by electricity, at the same time, brake can ensure bending angles. User can make full use of the motor positive inversion to bend the rebar bidirectionally. Central axis can be easily replaced and maintained. GQ40/50 rebar bending machine can be controlled by the intelligent microcomputer, which is simple and easy to operate.
