But, if you only want few kayaks for your private, we do not do retail because of the high shipping cost and kayak will be easy to damage as the bulk cargo. Another manufacturer is using High density polyethylene, why do you use Low density polyethylene?
The marketing poly used by the miss-informed retailer. High density Polyetheline (HDPE) is indeed very hard, but also very brittle. Great for garden chairs and blow molded bottles. Linear Low Density Polyethylene is used for kayaks because it isn’t hard, it is malleable (bendy) and so can absorb the shock of rocks and waves. So there you are! All the best kayaks are made from LLDPE.
