PASTA SHAPES: Shapes can be produced upon request in remarkable quantities for private label. But we have Macaroni (short cut pasta such as elbow, fusilli and penne rigate, vermicelli etc.). Long Spaghetti etc
ORIGIN: TURKEY

PACKAGING: Our standard packets are 250 gr, 300 gr, 350 gr, 400 gr, 450 gr, 500 gr, 5 kg and 10 kg nylon bags. Our food products cover all the labeling requirements in multi-languages. The following details printed on labels: Product Name, Ingredients, Weight, Country of Origin (Turkey), Production/Expiry dates, and barcodes are printed on the original packs. Additional sticker is optional.

We normally load SPAGHETTI in consumer packs as below;


  5kg x 2 packs in a carton (=10 kg) box, NET 27 MT pasta. It means 2.700 carton boxes in a 40 FCL, in other words 5.400 packs inside the container.

  500gr x 20 packs in a carton (=10 kg) box, NET 27,5 MT pasta. It means 2.750 carton boxes in a 40 FCL, in other words 55.000 packs inside the container.

  400gr x 25 packs in a carton (=10 kg) box, NET 26,5 MT pasta. It means 2.650 carton boxes in a 40 FCL, in other words 66.250 packs inside the container.

   300gr x 40 packs in a carton (=12 kg) box, NET 25,98 MT pasta. It means 2.165carton boxes in a 40 FCL, in other words 86.600 packs inside the container.

  250gr x 40 packs in a carton (=10 kg) box, NET 26,5 MT pasta. It means 2.650 carton boxes in a 40 FCL, in other words 106.000 packs inside the container.

  200 gr x 40 packs in a carton (=8 kg) box, NET 24,8 MT pasta. It means 3100 carton boxes in a 40 FCL, in other words 124.000 packs inside the container.



Macaroni (short cut pasta such as elbow, fusilli and penne rigate, vermicelli etc.) should be loaded into a 40’ or 40’HQ container so that it will be advantageous for the buyer. If you plan to buy assorted shipment, please bear in mind that because the dimensions of nylon packs and carton boxes are different, we need to know quantity for each shape to load into a 40’ container. Depending on these quantities, we can calculate how many boxes can be loaded as a maximum into a 40’ or 40’HQ container. Then we can quote per carton or MT. In short, the max load changes depending on the shapes to be selected by your side.


TERMS OF PAYMENT: 40% deposit upon Proforma Invoice AND  60% upon shipping documents
 

  INSPECTION: SGS or any inspection in loading port at buyer option.
