2,Main frame

1) Frame, upper beam, movable beam, welding parts

 2) Oil cylinder:QT500

3) Piston: removal of hydrogen, chromium plating 0.05mm, accurate grinding

4) Heating platen’s thickness:80mm,adopt 16Mn

5) Movable beam and heating platen: between heating platen, there have two guide shafts to guide direction

6) Piston and movable beam adopts Hough circle conneting, which will be more convenient for changing seal ring

1) Yuciyuken high pressure double pump(Italy Atos imported)

2) Main seal ring adopts German material

3) Main oil gauge(Germany core or American electric contact pressure gauge)

     Auxilary gauge Taiwan Glycerin table

4) Kompass pan type prefill valve, which can reduce noise and oil temperature

5) American HGDROFKRCC or SUN releasing valve, which can reduce shock of opening mould and    noise

6)Solenoid valve adopts Huade(Germany Rexroth imported)

Other hydraulic valves adopts Taiwan hydraulic elements

7) Oil container adopts pickling, phosphating treatment; its inner base adopts

     Oil resistant anticorrosive paint processing, to avoid falling off paint pollute oil.
