JL-1200 a high accuracy lengthen smt machine designed for screen printing or stencil printing in SMT industry.

Product Features：

1. Support wide spectrums of PCB size from 50mm x 50mm to 1200mm x 340mm and PCB thickness from 0.6mm to 6mm.
2. High printing resolution:

1. High positioning accuracy, repeat positioning accuracy ±0.01mm; printing accuracy 0.025mm.
2. Support glue printing

Automatic control improves production efficiency, controls quality and saves production cost:

1. Automatic stencil positioning;
2. Automatic PCB position calibrating.
3. Automatic adjustment of squeegee pressure;
4. Automatic printing;
5. Automatic stencil cleaning (dry-type, wet-type);
6. Adopt company independently developed suspended print head with programmable pressure adjustment. Support on-line real time pressure feedback and automatic squeegee pressure balancing. 
7. Programmable motor controls separation speed and distance among squeegee, stencil and substrate, to realize multi-method separation.
8. Multi-functional PCB positioning and clamping system, for convenient fast and accurate PCB positioning.
9. Upward and downward visual positioning. 
10. Built-in image processing system;

3. Printing size：80mm x 50mm ~1200 mm x 340 mm;
4. PCB thickness: 0.6 mm ~ 6 mm
5. FPC thickness: less than 0.6 mm (excluding jig)
