PW-5 Automatic Curing and Painting Production Line
1. After three-time heating-curing and two-time painting, the surface of the dry concrete
tile has been covered by high-grade coating.
2. During the whole course of curing and painting, the whole production line is automatically
operated. Moreover, paint-supplied device adopts a high-pressure airless spraying system.
3. Under the 80 kg/m² pressure, the paint can be totally atomized and its utilization ratio
is about 95%.
4. According to the different situation and demand of customers, the pw-5
equipment can chose fuel oil or electricity-heating tubes as the heating device.
5. This equipment can spray not only oil-based paint but also water-based paint.
Adjusted control parameters, it also can be used in the plate products.
