Description: Drilling rotary hose and shock-resistant hose, mud conveying hose/cement hose
Application range: It is used for drilling, cementing and well servicing operations, as flexible connection parts of mud manifold and cement manifold, convey water base or oil base mud, slurry and flushing fluid under high pressure.
Temperature range: -20℃～+121℃.
Structure:
Inner rubber layer: oil-resistant, weak acid resistant, weak base resistant and wear resistant synthetic rubber
Reinforced layer: 2-6 layer high strength coppered steel wire wound, with multiple-layer fiber wound
Outer rubber layer: oil-resistant, aging-resistant and wear resistant synthetic rubber
Connection type: LP, NPT, TBG and BSPT thread, welding or integral forged union or flange
Executive standard: API Spec 7k, ISO14693, GB/T24145
