‘Materials enter into sand making machine through feed hopper, devide materials into two parts by distributor, one part enters into high speed rotating impeller through the middle of distributor, the materials are accelerated quickly in the impeller, whose acceleration arrives to hundreds times acceleration of gravity, then they are casted at the speed of 70 m/s from three even distributing passageway of impeller, firstly one part of materials that fall freely from distributor’s surrounding are impacted and crushed, then they together impact to materials’ lining of vortex branch cavity , they are bounded by materials’ lining and impacted to the top of vortex dynamic cavity inclined upward, then change its moving direction, move deflection downward, and materials casted from impeller’s passageway form material curtain. So one piece of material is impacted and grinded by two or more times in the vortex dynamic cavity. Crushed materials are discharged from lower discharging opening. In the whole process of crushing, materials are impacted and crushed by themselves, do not touch with metal components directly, but impact the materials’ lining, so it reduces corner pollution and prelong the wearing time of machine. Crafty airflow self-circulation of internal vortex dynamic cavity and it eliminates the dust pollution.’
