Multi Blade Saw For Log has 7 styles, they are MJY142B-40(for 200-400mm log), MJY142-35(150-350mm log), MJY142-30(120-300mm log), MJY142-25(80-250mm log), MJY142-24(80-240mm), MJY142-19(80-190mm), MJY142-15(50-150mm)

Shengong log rip saw MJY142B-40 is to saw logs like Eucalptus, pines, birch and so on, which is a new type of saw machine for damp and dry raw wood without a datum plane.
Machine's main features:
A. High feeding speed to significantly improve efficiency.
B. Energy-saving and low waste due to the multi blade design;
C. Automatic centering device and features fast feeding, easy operation and
high timber ultilization, of which the upper pression roll can automatically
increase tensile force to ensure stable feeding.
D. Vertical symmertrical saw spindle, small saw diameter and thin saw kerf(50% that of
normal single- spindle multi blade saw); flat and smooth sawing surface(can replace planer);
Moreover, the spindle cooling, electric degreasing & cooling functions and
external high pressure spray head help save energy and improve cooling effects.

woodworking industry, such as boarding making, laminated wood, boarded, floor, packing
case and pallet, as well as building trades.

This product has a limited-height milling tool in the feeding system. When
log is feeded, the over-height part will be milled off(the over height part should
not surpass 30mm), and the log can be successfully passed. Increasing 10 %
of working efficiency.
