This fully automatic five wires simultaneous cutting stripping twisting tinning crimping machine can perform wire cutting, single-end stripping, dual-end stripping, single-end crimping, single-end twisting, single-end tinning, and process wires ranging from AWG32 to AWG16. When the cutting length is 100mm, it can process 5500 wires per hour. When the cutting length is 200mm, it can process 4600 wires per hour. This machine utilizes precision screws, servo motor for linear feeding, resulting in higher accuracy and greater force.
