Description
SJ301 is the neutral sintered flux with calcium silicon. The basicity is about 1.0 and shows black round particles appearance. The granularity is 10-60 mesh (about 2.0-0.28mm). It can be adapted both AC-DC. The welding wire is connected with the positive pole when adapt DC power supply. It has advantages of stable arc, beautiful welding shaping, easy slag removal and excellent mechanical properties in fused metallization. Especially suitable for welding of various types of circular seam and shows short slag without flow phenomenon during welding.
Application
With the corresponding wire (such as H08A, H08E and H08Mn etc), It is mainly used for welding of low carbonsteel and low-alloy steels (such as Q235, 20G, X65 etc)structure and boiler and pressure vessels, ships, bridges, pipelines and other submerged arc welding. It can be used for submerged-arc welding in multi pass welding, double side single pass welding and multi wire welding.

Note:
1. Flux must be baked for 2 hours at 300-350℃ before welding.
2. The impurities such as rust, oil and water should be removed before welding.
