1. Usually white closed box, 4C closed box, 4C window box, blister card, blister packaging, or blister cardboard box as inner, then in export carton as outer. We can also do the packaging as your requirement. No carton trap and pallet used.

1. When can I get the quotation?

    We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get         the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

2. How can I get a sample to check your quality?

    After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.

    If you need the sample, we will charge for the sample cost. But the sample cost can be           refundable after order confirmation when your quantity of order is more than the MOQ.

3. Can I put my logo on the product?

    Yes. You can put your logo on the product when your quantity of order is more than the         MOQ. Besides, usually we accept files in AI, PDF, Core Draw.

4. Can you manufacture product according to our design?

    Yes. We can manufacture product according to your design picture or sample in the field of     digital alarm clock, aroma diffuser and coin bank, etc. By the way, if you do not have sample     for your design, there usually be a mock up sample fee before mould making.

5. How long can I expect to get the sample?

    After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for       delivery in 1-10 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-7 days.         you can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

6. What about the lead time for mass production?

    Honestly, it depends on the order quantity you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is           about 10 to 35 days. Generally speaking, we s est that you start inquiry 2 months             before the date you would like to get the goods at your country.

7. What are your terms of delivery?

    We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, CNF and Express. You can choose the one which is the most         convenient or cost effective for you.

8. What are your terms of payment?

    We accept TT, Western Union, Escrow and LC. You can choose the one which is the most       convenient for you.
