The main features and functions:

1.Display mode: LCD display, real-time display all testing data: voltage, current, capacity, charging/discharging time etc.

2.Control mode: SCM control, setting by keyboard: even charging voltage, floating charging voltage, charging/discharging current, capacity, working time, protection voltage etc. Test and monitoring battery parameters automatically.

3.Operating mode: (1) Constant current discharging achieve the capacity test and load capacity test of the battery. (2) Intelligent three stages charging: Constant current-fixed voltage, reducing current-floating charging.(3)Cycle recharge function: Set the discharge/charge hour rate, and Maximum/Minimum voltage, it will charge/discharge automatically.(4)Battery activation function: Set the cycle index ,it can activate and renovate the battery.

4.Automatic stop: It can stop testing automatically meet following conditions: test time out, testing capacity out, protective voltage out.

5. Automatic alarm function:When meet high temperature, opposing connection, battery wire disconnect, undervoltage, overvoltage, overcurrent, it will give a alarm.

6.Real-time online monitoring function: Real-time display and monitoring all testing data (voltage,current,capacity,time,inner temperature etc).

7.Record query function: It can reserve 8 group charge/discharge data, user can query according to requirement.

8.Data transfer function: It equips with USB and RS232 interface, can use U disk transfer the data or connect it to PC directly.

9.Computer remote control function: Can setting and revise charge/discharge parameter by computer, it also can control the start and stop of the charge/discharge.

10. Data processing function: It equips with data processing software, can analysis and generate various curve chart automatically and support to print.

11.Calibration correction function: It can calibrate the total voltage and current of the battery.

12.Power consumption components: It adopts special alloy resistor, produce with patent technology, high power density, no naked flight, safe and reliable, long service live.

13. Modular design: Small size, convenient to carry, forced air cooling.

Data processing software

The data processing software can analysis and processing the charge/discharge information, then generate current curve graph, voltage curve graph, test data, and can output to Excel and Word, forming test reports, and support to print. According to these charts can view the performance of the battery pack change trend, provide scientific basis for judging the merits of the battery pack.
