Floating aquatic fish feed pellet extruder machine

The aquatic feed production line is used to produce different kinds of pet food, floating fish feed, and sinking fish feed. It works with simple operation  ,accurate parameter control. The products can be finished in the stipulated temperature, pressure, humidity and time. Owing to the reasonable design, special materials, the stability, repairs can be guaranteed and ensured. The various shape and taste must the different requirements of aquatic feed.

Details

1. The model is TSE65-P, the output is 100-150kg/h.

 2. Double screw extruder.

 3. The main body material is stainless steel, which is easy to be cleaned.

 4. The screws material is 38CrMoAl, which is wear-resisting.

5. The processing line needs two workers to operate.

 6. We advice the plant area is no less than 110 square meters, the length is no less than 22 meters.

 7. Process flow: (Raw material)---mixing---extruding & puffing---conveying---drying---hoisting & flavoring--- (packing)

 8. Equipments: Mixer---Extruder---Air conveyer---Dryer--- Hoisting and flavoring machine---Oil sprayer--- Roller--- (Packing machine)

9. The temperature and rotating speed can be controlled and adjusted.

10. The processing line has self-cleaning function.

Note: All of the motors are based on the electricity of 380V/50Hz/3 phases. If your location three phase electricity voltage is different from it, we have to change the motors.
