Introduction of Concrete Pole Centrifugal Spinning Machine

Concrete pole centrifugal spinning machine is an essential part of concrete pole machine.During mold spinning , if generated centrifugal force equals to or slightly greater than gravity of concrete , concrete can overcome the influence of gravity and be away from the center of rotation around the subsidence distribution in rod mode and not fall.When speed continues rising, centrifugal force makes the various material particles of concrete mixture along the direction of the centrifugal force to mold wall around, thus achieving compacted molding.

Operation Steps of Concrete Spun Pole Production Process

The cement pole spinning time can be divided into three steps:

1) Slow step 2 ~ 3 min.Make concrete mixer distribute around steel wall and not fall.

2) Intermediate step 0.5 ~ 1 min. Prevent centrifugal process damaging concrete structure.It is a short transition. from low to high speed. 

3)High-speed stage 6 ~ 15 min.Make the concrete around internal model wall along the direction of centrifugal force,achieving uniform close-grained forming and ruled out excess water.The running speed and running time In different stages of will vary depending on the different specifications and types of pole.Its operation velocity diagram is shown in the following figure.

Features of Concrete Spun Pole Machine

Concrete Spun pole forming machine mostly adopts three-phase shunt motor commutator. Commutator machine has advantages of small starting current, big starting torque, and controlling motor speed, etc.But the commutator machine structure is complex, the reversing is difficult,maintenance cost is high, the deb ing trial and no-load current curve is not easy to debug.The commutator surface will produce bigger spark in running time can affect the normal operation of the motor,thus shortening operating life of motor.Found in long-term application  of commutator machine after many years of operation that the commutator wear serious.Nearly  every month the commutator and carbon brush should be grinded and replaced. Average trouble-free operation time shortened, the winding is also easy to burn out due to the improper setting and deb ing, thus increasing the cost.In addition, when the pole is shaping, the speed of the transformation is relying on operating manual transmission mechanism to mobilize commutator machine.Artificial factor is too big and can't guarantee the strict process and standard, leaving very big hidden danger for the quality of the product.Based on the above reasons, for a certain electric pole factory uses ordinary three-phase asynchronous motor.we should use frequency converter speed control system instead.
