QL engine carbon remover utilizes SPE/ PEM technology to produce high-purity hydrogen gas, using Dupont proton exchange membrane. This equipment is a kind of highly effective, energy-saving, environmental, high-tech, patented product.
Working Principle
engine carbon remover utilizes SPE/PEM technology to produce high-purity hydrogen gas. Hydrogen enters engine through auto intake manifold, and mixed with petrol or diesel. Because of hydrogen molecule catalytic combustion, it could remove the engine carbon deposition which exists for a long time. Also, because of strong permeation capacity of hydrogen molecule, after entering engine, hydrogen molecule could spread quickly to engine and some engine connection points, like spark plug, fuel spray nozzle. It could catalyze and soften engine carbon deposition, and finally remove the carbon deposition completely.
