This cnc engraving machine fix the work piece by T slot clamps. For 3D relief engraving, it takes a long time, holding the work piece by clamps save power to make the cost lower than vacuum table.

Features:

1. Whole cnc engraving machine is welded with seamless steel structure, which is high temperature annealing and vibrating stress relief, so the lathe body is stabilized and will not be deformed forever.

2. Three axes adopt Taiwan brand linear guide rail with high precision.

3. Z axis adopts imported Germany or Taiwan made ball screw, so high precision and long life time using are assured.

4. X and Y axis is transmitted by helical rack and pinion. This makes the machine work faster and has larger cutting force compared with ball screw transmission.

5. Well compatibility: CAD/CAM designing software, such as type3/castmate/wentai/artcam, etc.

6. This engraving machine has the function of re-carving after break point or power failure and it can estimate the processing time.

7. Manual/automatic oil-injection system allows the machine maintenance mush easier.

8. Dust-collection device and considerate oil plate can always keep the working table clean.

9. High soft and famous brand electric cables with high abrasion, fold, high temperature, acid or alkali resistance.

10. We will provide you several kinds of software for free, with English and multilingual versions. Also you will get the picture storage with thousands of 2D and 3D designs.

11. Along with the cnc engraving machine, some spare parts, work fixtures and tools will be packed into the tool box.

12. Whole cnc engraving machine will be wrapped with cling plastic and then packed into fumigation-free IPPC wooden case.
