Brewery system

The capacity of brewery system ranges from 2HL up to 300HL.

Heating method: Electric/Steam/Gas fired heating

Power: 220v/380v/408v..etc.

Brewhouse unit

2-Vessel: Mash/Lauter tun+Brew kettle/Whirlpool

2-Vessel: Mash/Brew kettle+Lauter/Whirlpool

3-Vessel: Mash tun+Lauter tun+Brew kettle/Whirlpool

4-Vessel: Mash tun+Lauter tun+Brew kettle+Whirlpool

Optional: Hot liquor tank and Cold liquor tank

Fermentation unit

Normally there are 6-18 fermenters for brewery system,

also the quantity of fermenter depends on the fermenting time and the

capacity you want to brew, The  glycol jacket of tanks adopts dimple plate.

Beer bright tank is also available.

-Dome top and cone bottom, bottom cone, 60 degree

-100% TIG welding with pure argon gas shield

-Interior Finish: Fine polishing to 0.4~0.6μm without dead corner

-Cooling jacket: both on cone and cylinder parts

-Cooling media: glycol water                                            

-Top/side mounted manway

-Carbonation stone (optional)

-Test Pressure:0.3Mpa,Working pressure 0.2Mpa.

-Rotating racking arm on cone with butterfly valve

-Drainage arm with butterfly valve  

-Thermowell with high accuracy temperature sensor: PT100

-4 support legs with height adjustable pad.

Cooling unit

It provides cooling media to both wort cooling and fermentation cooling

-Glycol water tank

-Chiller

-Glycol water pump

CIP unit

Used for cleaning and disinfection of whole set of equipment

-Alkali tank (can be heated)

-Sterilization tank

Control unit

Used for Electrical control of whole set of equipment.

-PID control panel

-SIEMENS PLC control panel (optional)
