1.Description

• Specially designed for Lockout / Tagout, padlock bodies and keys can be numbered and recorded.

• In line with regulations of OSHA 1910.147.

• Resistance of chemical, extreme temperatures and UV rays.

• Different key charting system, aliked keys, differ keys, and master keys available.

2.Safety Padlock introductions

a.ABS padlock body is corrosion resistant impact, UV-stable, heat and low temperature. Supplied with a single key.

b.Spark-proof Aluminum shackle, antistatic, anti-magnetic, explosion-proof, anti-corrosion vertical shackle clearance: 38mm,76mm

c.Body size: 45mm length*40mm width*19mm thickness

Keyed to differ, long shackle

d.Eight colors: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, black, brown, purple

Standard "DANGER" label and write on property labels in front and back,

4.What is Lockout/Tagout

Lockout is the use of a lock to render machinery or equipment inoperable 
or to isolate an energy source. The purpose is to establish "zero energy". 
This is where all sources of energy including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, 
mechanical and stored energy are isolated so that they pose no danger.

The purpose of zero energy and lockout is to prevent the release of an 
energy source that could activate moving parts on equipment or machinery.

Many Industrial accidents are caused by the unexpected energisation or start up of machines / equipment 
or by the uncontrolled release of energy. These accidents can be prevented by proper Lockout / Tagout procedures. 
Current regulations are regularly being revised to prevent needless deaths and serious injuries to service and maintenance 
personnel by controlling unauthorized or accidental use of energy. To perform service and maintenance work on industrial 
equipment safely, you must understand the importance of energy control and the current regulations. Studies have shown
