BST203-C piezo & electromagnetic common rail injector tester

1. Introduction of BST203-C

BST203-C piezo & electromagnetic common rail injector tester is used to test all common rail injectors including piezo type and electromagnetic type. It can test quality, working, openning, atomization of all common rail injectors.

2. Features of BST203-C

A. BST203-C is major in testing all piezo and electromagnetic common rail injectors

It can test injectors' quality, openning, working and atomization.

B. BST203-C uses LCD color screen to display.

C. BST203-C has SD card

The data and software are stored in SD card, we can input customer's logo and contacting information in the software.

E. BST203-C has 4 basic testing models.

Customer can adjust frequency and width pulse based on 4 basic testing models.

Model1: width pulse 0120 uS, frequency 0008 Hz

Model2: width pulse 0800 uS, frequency 0008 Hz

Model3: width pulse 0700 uS, frequency 0020 Hz

Model4: width pulse 0300 uS, frequency 0060 Hz

F. BST203-C can be set injection time and count.

If customers need to set injection time, they can touch button of counter/time on the key pad of BST203-C, and then touch + or - button to increase or decrease injection time per second, and then start to test injector.

If customers need to set injection count, they can touch button of count/time on the key pad of BST203-C, and then touch + or - button to increase or decrease injection count, and then start to test injector.

If customers do not need to set injection time or count, they can test injector under limited count.

G. BST203-C designs two connectors

The connector of piezo injector of BST203-C is 3pin, the connector of electromagnetic injector of BST203-C is 2pin. It is easy for customers to use.

H. Customers can adjust frequency or width pulse of injector during injector testing

Customers touch button of INJ to select well injector, and touch button of MODEL to select testing model, and touch button of counter/time to select injection time or count, and then touch button of start/stop to test injector, and customer can adjust frequency and width pulse during testing.

I. BST203-C can work with nozzle tester to test atomization of injectors.

J. BST203-C can work with ultrasonic bath to clean injectors.

K. BST203-C can start injection and test high pressure injection of all kinds of common rail injectors.

L. BST203-C can adjust driving signal of frequency or width pulse of injection conveniently, has driving signal wave from that completely consistent of ECU. Product has passed electromagnetic and piezoelectric compatibility test like high and low temperature, static shock, probility of failure very low.

M. BST203-C has protection of short circuit, providing driving signal transfer line of all kinds of common rail injectors.

N. BST203-C has two indicator lights, one is piezo indicator light, another one is electromagnetic indicator light (solenoid), it can easily judge if injector is abnormal through injector working state indicator light.

O. BST203-C is a high voltage product, please do not take apart it.
