What we can do:

We can make prototype with almost any configuration. In general, we use 2 methods of production, both FDM and SLA 3D printing technology. To provide this 3D printing service only what we need from you – 3D model made in CAD program (like 3D-Max or Maya) or in STL format.

In case you have no 3D model our designers can make it for you and then it will be realized with 3D printer.

The specificity of each technology:

FDM technology allow satisfactory quality and can use a lot of filaments (materials which can be used for printing).

SLA technology means the details after printing have much more attractive quality and for most requirements no need additional works with surface and dimensions.

Both technologies have no restrictions with dimensions of final product. Huge product will be “divided” for few small parts and then assembled to one.

Pricing:

The final cost of product depends of technology we used.

FDM printing include USD15 per hour of printer work and cost of materials. ABS plastic – USD 0.8/gr, PLA plastic – USD 1.0/gr, PC plastic – USD 1.4/gr, NYLON – USD1.5/gr, HIPS – USD1.0/gr, Plastic imitating wood – USD3.0/gr, Plastic imitating bronze – USD3.5/gr

SLA printing include USD40 (include printing and after printing work) per session and material cost – USD2.0/gr

Designer work based on level of difficultly of job and start from USD 15.0.

Cost of products with big dimensions will be calculated on request.

Additional services:

Any kind of mechanical treatment with products like polishing, grinding, drilling, milling.

Painting of products.

Injection with cold solidification based on prototype or 3D model for small-scale production: from 1 pcs up to hundreds and thousands pcs.
