Feeder paper department

 The machine clutch:

1) the machine clutch electric control with alarm, moving last warning bell ring, Ensure workers safety.

2) Pneumatic interlocking device

3) the main motor adopts frequency conversion motor, frequency conversion controller, energy saving, stable starting, attached to the motor start protection device.

2. Lead Feeder paper system

  1) the suction assist feeder paper,draught fan 7.5 kw, at different levels can be bent according to the board, air volume adjustment, ensure feeding smoothly.

2) Carry paper,fall paper adopt cylinder push, move quick and powerful.

3)Side panel for manual adjustment, front and back panel are manual adjustment.(can options Electrical adjustment ). 

4) Taiwan super resistance to lead feeding wheel, Perishable Wear Resistant.

5)skip feeding paper device,( can choose according to need continuous or skip feeder paper).

6)Feeding counter, set, display production quantity .

3.Dust removal device

  1) Paper brush dust removal device, can remove impurity on printing cardboard the surface , improve the quality of printing .

4. Feeder paper roller .

1) . Outer diameter: 140 mm, up roller .

2).45 # seamless steel tube, parcel wear-resisting rubber, and 

do dynamic balance correction.

3)down roller,external diameter 140 mm, embossing and

hard chromium plating , and do dynamic balance 

correction . 

4)feeder Paper roller gap dial manual adjustment, adjustment 

range 0-12 mm .

5)The former feeder paper rubber roller (elastic rubber roller) 

for dynamic lift and fall , automatic voltage regulator, can 

reduce the strength fracture of the corrugated board

5. Computer device 

1) The main motor adopts frequency conversion motor, 

frequency converter adopt Delta from Taiwan, energy saving 

and save electricity can reach 30%.

2) Fan adopts independent inverter control, wind pressure is 

Adjustable .

     3)Home screen adopt PLC control, human-machine 

interface.

     4) printing department, die cutting department is equipped 

with automatic zero device, (general carton using 

automatic zero device, testing-run two pieces cardboard 

can be adjusted to the correct position).

     5)Automatic lift and down version of the device, printing 

anilox roller in order to lift and down (computer delay), 

avoid printing plate print ink for many times.

     6) can join (memory Hang version, storage function of

order). (optional)

Printing department 

Printing roller

1) the outer diameter :465.6 mm, (including the version of the outer diameter is:  480 mm).

2) the steel tube surface grinding , hard chrome plating.

3) do balance correction, steady operation.

4) ratchet fixed volume edition axis.

5)full Plate Hanging plate slot, suitable for 9 mm plateof the article.

6) loading and unloading of the print plate , pedal switch of electric control forward and reversing.

2.The printing press roller

1) the outer diameter :156 mm.

2) the steel tube surface grinding , hard chrome plating.

3) do balance correction, steady operation.

4)the printing press roller gap dial manual adjustment, 

adjustment range 0-12 mm .

3. Feeder paper up and down roller .

   1) up roller, the outer diameter of:86 mm, thick wall steel pipe, with four feeder paper roller.

2)down roller,the outer diameter: 156 mm, thick wall steel 

pipe, surface grinding, hard chromium plating.

3) paper roller gap dial manual adjustment, adjustment range 

0-12 mm.

4.Steel anilox roller:

 1) the outer diameter : 176 mm (mesh number: 200, 220

240, 220). (mesh optional)

2) steel pipe surface grinding, suppress anilox, hard chromium 

plating.

3) do balance correction, smooth and steady operation, lattice point is consistent, uniform inking.

4) anilox roller wedge type overrunning clutch, distributing, wash ink is convenient swift.

5) Anilox gap dial manually adjust.

5. Ceramic anilox roller (optional)

1) outside diameter is :176 mm.

2) steel tube surface coating ceramic grinding, laser engraving

anilox.

3) anilox mesh for 260, 280, 320, 280. (mesh optional)

4) than steel anilox roller printing meticulously, wear-resisting, 

long service life.

6. Rubber roller:

1)Outer diameter is : 164 mm.

2) steel pipe surface parcel wear-resisting rubber, and do correction balance.

3) rubber middle high is the special grinding, ink transfer effect is good.

4) rubber hardness is: 60-65 degrees.

7. Phase adjustment mechanism:

1) planetary gear structure.

2) printing phase electric digital 360 degrees adjustment (motion and stop all can be adjusted).

3) manually adjust the horizontal position, adjust the distance ±10 mm. (optional electric adjustment, the computer control).

8. Ink circulation

1) pneumatic diaphragm pump, ink stability, convenient operation and maintenance.

2) ink filter, filtering impurities.

9. Printing phase fixing device

1) cylinder type brake 9, printing phase fixing device.

2) when the machine separate adjustment phase, the brake institutions limit the machine running, keeping the original gear fixed point position.

10. Ink device:

1) mechanical oil pump (double oil pump , oil supply loop)

2) circulation oil, gear inking amount evenly, each group of oil level balance.

l Stacking department  

catch paper arm can be manual or automatic operation, has insurance mechanism, prevent catch paper arm suddenly whereabouts, ensure the safety of operating personnel.

2, bed table lifting and down force, the chain drive.

3, stack height is 1600 mm.

4, bed table with cardboard stacking automatically adjust tilt height, lifting motor, with brake function. Bed table can maintain a fixed position, not falling.

5, vapour-pressure type Lift the paper mechanism ,when cardboard stack to a predetermined height, catch paper pallet automatically open, the support hold up the cardboard.

6, Planar wrinkles belt , prevent the cardboard down glide
