In addition, loading and unloading all through the infrared sensor control cylinder automatic feeding, artificial feeding is not needed, greatly reducing the labor intensity, improve work efficiency; cooling box set indirect cooling device of temperature control, improve the cooling rate and cooling precision of workpiece; heat insulation wall is arranged between the partition of each section, reduce the temperature effect between the section and the section, improve the temperature control precision, reduce energy consumption.

The equipment is mainly used for after post processing of parts surface is bright and no decarburization layer, uniform hardness, and is especially suitable for stainless steel, copper alloy and other alloy long rod in tube of bright annealing.
