- Surface finishing: electroless nickel immersion gold plating
- 100% electrical tested
- Sample time and lead-time:
- Single sided FPC: 2 days
- Double sided/bare back FPC: 4 days
- Rigid-flex/split flexes/others multiple layers: 6 days
- Mass production lead-time: <2 weeks (included tooling fabrication)
- Volume flexibility: high-mix and low-volume
