In general, piezo cleaning transducers consists of a radiation head, electrode, cap, prestressed bolt, piezoelectric chip and an insulating tube. The cleaning transducer is widely used in ultrasonic cleaning machines and high-power industry cleaning devices.
The piezo cleaning transducers realize transduction between electric and sound energy by piezoelectric effect, to convert high frequency electrical signals into mechanical energy. As an energy converter, its function is to input electrical power into mechanical power, although it consumes a few power.
