Piezo welding ultrasonic transducers convert high frequency electrical signals into mechanical energy. As an energy converter, its function is to input electrical power into mechanical power (ultrasonic wave), although it consumes a few power.
Piezo weldimg transducers can be used for welding, drilling and polishing. High-power ultrasonic welding transducers have small machinery loss, high efficiency electricity and sound transfer, big swing and less heat. It’s available to design and fabricate the transducers according to customers' requirements.
