CF-300 Continuous Fryer uses advanced oil-water massify technology and auto filtering function which greatly prolonged the oil usage life. No need frequently changing oil, much saving cost. The temperature is automatically controlled. Advanced mechanical allocation and controlling, keeps the machine at continuous good performance. High efficiency heating system greatly avoids energy waste. They’re suitable for fish, poultry, aquatic products, meat, meatball, etc.

1, Electric heating fryer is used the most common one of frying machine, it uses the electric heating, cleaning, security, health and green environmental protection.

2, Oil temperature all achieve full automatic control, the range is from normal temperature to 230℃, but can not exceed 230℃.

3, Oil temperature control precision is high, maximum limit of 0.9℃, lower limit of 0.9℃ (excluding the anti-oil temperature process).

4, The frying machine uses pure oil design, oil less, total time of oil flow improve, saving production costs.

5, Fryer feed head with automatic slag extractor, when there is too much oil residue, it can be automatically discharged.

6, Frying machine is designed with dynamic diesel filtration systems, when the frying machine works it can be automatically filtered.

7 Frying time can be controlled by VVVF motor and adjusted the speed willfully according to the process.

8, Frying machine with double_layer net belt design, is used for a variety of fried foods, which is fried in the middle of the double_layer net belt ,not deep_fried phenomenon and no oxidation, all of the same fineness.

9, Frying machine is designed with move net rack systems, net rack as a whole can

be lifted for easy cleaning.
