1.Description
Pit type carburizing furnace atmosphere is obtained by dripping methanol, acetone and dilution air .The control system can automatically adjust enrichment medium and dilution air volume according to the requirement to get the best carburizing atmosphere.All process parameters sets of the well type carburizing furnace is controlled by programmable carbon control instrument, carbon control instrument calculate the carburizing atmosphere carbon potential on base of two variables, say,temperature, oxygen potential , and automatically closed-loop control enriched gas drip amount and balanced air ventilation volume , protecting very good for our carburizing process.
