"Universe City" Built in the Barren Area

Although the barren field, such as the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, is not like more difficult as human survival on the other planets, but its atmosphere with less oxygen may cause many people not to keep the normal life and work there - susceptible to "altitude sickness"; or the temperature extremes, not suitable for natural human life either. These scenarios give us on our planet most similar environment to other planet surface, it inspires us to build the most modern "Universe City" there, in order to facilitate the development of large tracts of uncultivated land and the designing of "Universe City" to test.

As the start of the attempt, we can build a town of about 20,000 people with complete functions near the rail or mail road and near some lakes or under the snow-capped mountains. We will be able to use the PGE  (Proper Gravitational Energy) to meet all the required energy whenever necessary. In the town, the food and vegetables can be fully self-sufficient. To accumulating the oxygen, various plants - grass, flowers, trees as well as the crops and vegetables will be planted in the building.

The finished assets shall be sold no less than three times of the cost, this needs that each person or entity into the town must maintain stable and efficient operations.
