Commodity Description:
White crystals/powder, with faint odour of ammonia. soluble in wate but not in alcohol and acetone. Its aqueous solution appears alkali. When reacted with acids, carbon dioxide is produced, while reactions with alkalis give ammonia.

Mainly used as high-grade food fermentation agent. share with baking soda be used as bread, biscuit, battercake, etc. It is also be used as the raw material for juice foaming powder. And it can be also used for green vegetable, bamboo shoot scald bleaching.
