Stainless steel straight bars are hot-rolled by stainless steel billets. Straight bars can be made into peeling bars via the annealing and peeling process. Additionally, Cold drawn bars can be made by stainless steel wire rods or hot-rolled pickling bars by the way of cold drawn process, including round bar and various shaped bars. The products are processed by downstream partners for the use in computers, computer peripherals, industrial / ship shaft parts, chemical and medical components.

Cold Drawn Bar:
Cold drawn bars have the outstanding features of accuracy, straightness, surface, cleanness and safety. Besides, the different kinds of soft/hard material products can be designed by the customer demands.
 
Cold Drawn Shaped Bar:
The cold drawn shaped bars include square and hexagon bars. The size range of hexagon bar is 2.00-27.00 mm and size range of square bar is 1.00 - 40.00 mm.

Our services：

Straightening and cutting
 We can produce from coils by means of special machinery which straightens the  wire and cuts it to specific lengths. The straightening wire would be level up and the  cutting wire and bar would have no burr on the edge side.

 Staving
 As requirement of customers, we can stave the wire or bar from round to other  shape, such as square, hexagon and other special shape. After staving, the surface  of the wire or bar will keep smoothness, and the size will exact as request. 

Grinding
We can grind the bar become smooth-faced and make the size more precisely. The range of the size we can grind from 2.0mm to 24.0mm. 

Chamfering
Several inches of the lead end of the bar or coil are reduced in size by swaging or extruding so that it can pass freely through the drawing die. Note: This is done because the die opening is always smaller than the original bars or coil section size. 

Sawing
We can saw the bars as customer's request, after that, the size will accurately suit for the requirement of our customer, and there would have no burr on the edge side.
