Appearance:

Pale yellow or light yellow transparent liquid, odorless, slight coconut smell; insoluble in water, dispersible in water while shaking. Soluble in alcohol, ethyl acetate, chloroform as well as other hydrogen chloride and benzene.

Features and Applications:

It is a kind of new efficient preservative, highly inhibitive to Gram’s bacteria, mould and saccharomycetes but useless to bacteria, virus and other microorganisms.

It is quite stable when dry.

It is expansively applied in bean stuffing, cakes, mooncakes and other functional food and health care products. Maximum dosage: 1.0k/kg.

It is used in meat/sausage products to keep antisepsis and freshness and extend shelf life observably. Maximum dosage: 0.5k/kg.

It is oily emulsifier and has excellent emulsifying effect on oil soluble eatable colorants, flavoring and essence.

Packaging:

Plastic coated iron drums or plastic drums, net weight:  25kg,200kg.

Storage and Transportation:

Keep right side up; keep it from sun and rain. Store it in cool, dry, well-ventilated and sealed places. Self Life: 12 months.
