Rail Clip
The rail elastic clip is used with concrete sleeper to fasten rails on both sides. The rail clips are usually made of forged spring steel, which are manufactured by hot forging process. The forged clips are considered to be better than other metal forming process due to most uniform microstructure.
Rail clip processing procedures
Rail clip processing procedures are as follow: Shearing-- Heating to forging temperature -- Forming-- Hardening—Tempering — Inspection — Packing.
General features of E clips
For years, the rail e clips have been widely used for the fastening of the rails. They are good choice for transit and heavy–haul tracks for the features of efficient installation, low maintenance costs, excellent fatigue performance over time, and long working range, etc.
