Description

CYD-6404 is a new polymer dispersing and adhesion promoting agent with special designed dendritic structure, which can improve the adhesion performance, and well disperse the pigment and all kinds of filler in powdering coating system.

Applications

Thermosetting powder coating., such as epoxy powder coating, epoxy/polyester powder coating

0.5-5%

Application Properties

ðGood leveling properties, avoid the orange peel phenomenon

ðImprove the water resistance: large number of functional groups of the CYD-6404 increase the bonding property with the base material, significantly improve the adhesion of coating

ðThe large number of functional groups  participate in crosslinking, improving  crosslinking density of the system, enhancing the toughness, etc.;

ð With excellent dispersion performance : forming good conductive path in antistatic coating , the resistance value is much lower than the national standard when adding CYD-6404 dendritic polymer.

ðReduce the comprehensive cost and get high quality product,  improving  product gloss .
