Dredge hose is widely used in many dredging applications. It is mainly used for the suction and discharge of seawater, slurry, silt and sand. It is also used for flood discharge. Its application area is beach, river, waterway, city environmental protection, construction and so on. It is often installed in the two sides of the dredge pump. And it sucks the media from river or other places to the dredge pump, and another dredge hose discharges the media to shore. Besides, it is very easy to install thanks to the flanges on the each end of hose. It is resistant to abrasion and kink due to the synthetic materials and the helix steel wire reinforcement.

Dredge hose makes the pipe connection easier, and it can reduce the wave caused by storm and water movement. It makes the media flow smoothly in the hose.

Details of dredge hose:

• Structure: dredge hose is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover.
  • Tube is made from the mixture of high quality EPDM and natural rubber, making the dredge hose resistant to abrasion and corrosion.
  • Reinforcement is made from spring helix steel wire with multiple synthetic fabrics, providing full vacuum, kink resistance and vibration dampening.
  • Cover is made from high quality SBR for abrasion, weather, ozone, aging and cut resistance or high quality neoprene for seawater, ozone and sunlight resistance.
• Temperature range: -20 °C to +40 °C.
• Inner diameter: 6" - 50" (152 mm - 1300 mm).
• Outside diameter: 7-1/4" to 53-1/5" (182 mm - 1350 mm).
• Working pressure: 0.5 MPa - 1.2 MPa.
• Burst pressure: 1 MPa - 2.4 MPa.
