AQSIQ Certificate renewal requirements in 2016

Recently we received lots of AQSIQ renewal application all over the world, during the application, we found that most of suppliers do not know China latest regulations for AQSIQ renewal. In order to protect your license’s validity and help you get new AQSIQ license successfully, i will share my experience in renewal process.

1 The most important point is, suppliers have to renew your AQSIQ 3 months in advance, what means you have to provide all docs to AQSIQ dept 3 months in advance, not start your application at that time.
2 Do all AQSIQ information change application before renewal. If you change your company name,company address ,contact info etc ,you have to finish AQSIQ license information change application, then can start renew your AQSIQ
Note: Enterprises can not change company name and legal representative’s name at the same time
3 Provide at least one CCIC License for each kind in every year
If you do not have CCIC, you should let us know this in advance
4 For the inner mistake of China AQSIQ system, you may can not login in your AQSIQ system with your username and password, we have to help you apply username and password before renewal
If you missed AQSIQ License renewal, the license can not be used anymore, we will give you 50% discount for RE AQSIQ Application
