FAQ
1. Can I change the flowers to single head or mulit-heads?
Yes, basically it is no problem for us if we can find the related stem components.
2. Can I change the flowers shape?
Yes, Basically we will develop the different shapes of the same kind of flowers, like blooming, half-blooming,buds etc, but we will make a change as customers request on the base of our current mould allowed. if not, need to make a new mould, this part of fee will be charged by customers.
3. Can I choose the colors by myself?
Yes, we can make the color samples to you before production, but you need supply us the pysical color swatches for arrange colors.
4. Are you real touch flowers really very realistic?
Yes, our factory's real touch flowers are really high simulation, no matter from the shapes,colors,or the veins,petals,touch feelings, even each flowers have the scent. it can only only be the beatiful decoration, but also can absorb the odor and make the space feel good.
5. Do you accept OEM?
It depends the quantity, as it has the quantity request for running machine and make production.
6. Do you accept retail business?
Not now so far, we only accept wholesale biz.
7. Do you supply Samples?
Yes, we supply samples by charged.
8. How long the samples be prepared?
It depends on how many samples you need and how many colors they are, for regular samples,
it will take about 7-15days for preparing.
9. How long the mass production lead time?
The same, depends on the accurate quantities and colors needed. normally it will take 25-30days for 1X20' Container.
10. What's the difference between real touch PU flwoers and silk flowers?
Different raw material and workmanship, the formar is made by PU material and the latter is by different density fabrics. Real touch flowers mostly show up in the high-end flower decoration occasion like weddings, silk flowers are not that good in touch feelings, but some high technique silk flowers now are also very well in touch feeling. besides, the flowers by fabric material are more vivid and fine when making the smaller size flowers.
