Introduction of Flotation Separator
 
Flotation separator is widely used in rougher flotation, fine flotation and reverse flotation for nonferrous metal, ferrous metal and non-metal minerals like copper, lead, zinc, nickel and molybdenum, etc. It can also be used for concentrating of coal, calcium fluoride and talcum.
 
 
Working Principle of Flotation Separator
 
The flotation separator is driven by motor revolving the impeller and this will bring the centrifugation and negative pressure. In thsi condition, enough air will mix with the slurry and at the same time the slurry and chemical will mix very well to make the mineral adhesion to the bubble. Then the height of flashboard can be adjusted to surape useful bubble.
