Biomass gasification means incomplete combustion of biomass resulting in production of combustible gases consisting of Carbon monoxide (CO), Hydrogen (H2) and traces of Methane (CH4). This mixture is called producer gas. 

The combustible gases from the gasifier can be used a) in internal combustion engines, b) for direct heat applications and c) as feedstock for production of chemicals like methanol. 

In order for the gas to be used for any of the above applications, it should be cleaned of tar and dust and be cooled.

This Biomass & MSW gasifier furnace takes biomass waste as raw materials, such as Groundnut-shell, Sugarcane residue, Sawdust, Coffee Husk, Paddy Straw, Sunflower Stalk, Cotton Stalks, Tobacco waste, Mustard Stalk, Jute waste, Bamboo Dust, Tea waste, Wheat Straw, Palm husk, Soybeans husk, Rice Husks, Forestry wastes, Waste paper, Cardboard, Wood Chips and many other Agro wastes.

Remark: Normally, After Our gasification system, the caloricity is more than 5.83MJ/Nm3, tar and dust less than 23mg/Nm3, temperature after treated less than 45 degree centigrade.
