Structure description:

1. This machine tool is mainly composed of bed, cylinder, hydraulic system, working platform and so on. The machine tool bed is welded by steel plates and supported by eight-side guiding.

2.The steel plates are eliminated stress through tempering to prevent the machine tool from deforming. The closed oil tank is installed on the machine tool and the oil level is shown by the oil pointer.

3.The motor, oil pump and hydraulic system are installed at the top of oil tank for repairing conveniently. And the shape is simple but beautiful. Even if the size of this equipment is very large, but it is also suitable for container transportation.

4. The electrical cabinet is at the right side of the body and the electrical components all adopt well-known brands. And the operation employs centralized control with simultaneous button-operation of two hands.

5.There are two operation modes (Adjustment and Auto), which is more practical and simpler. Also, there is protective screening at both sides of the body. With the security light curtain protector, the operators can be protected when they are working. This machine tool adopts PLC to control and TPC to modify and store the working parameters of workpieces.

6.It can even work out the programs for 20 different workpieces and select the right program for each workpiece. The control voltage of machine tool is the low voltage of 24v, while the access general power can be set according to the needs of clients, such as 220v, 380v and 410v. The equipment is produced under the strict requirements of CE, so the quality is good and reliable.
