Teflon braided tube:
With high quality Teflon resin as raw material, the products are extruded and sintered with high temperature. The woven layer adopts SUS304 stainless steel wire. Production uses imported weaving machines to make sure precision weaving. Swaged assembly has stainless steel (carbon steel) ANSI/BS/Metric fittings to choose from. Because of its high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high lubricating property, no toxicity and electrical insulation it is widely used in mechanical, electrical appliances, automotive, aerospace, chemical, pharmaceutical, communications and other fields.
Inner layer: PTFE
Enhancement layer: stainless steel wire braids (AISI STEEL 304)
Product performance: high temperature resistance, long lasting and good durability, acid and alkali resistance, ozone resistance, low friction coefficient, long using life and non-aging.
Purpose: because of wide using temperature range it can be used for food processing, high temperature fluid, chemicals and compressed gas.
Temperature range: -65℃ ~ +260℃
