How to complete an order?
- Please email us your image file and tell us all the details about your design, like size, colors, material(rhinestone, rhinestud, nail-head).They are very important for us to make design and quotation.
- Please tell us your order quantity, when do you want the product, so we will know whether we can satisfy your needs.
- Please allow our art department up to 3 business days to "draw" your image in rhinestones.
- We will then email you the image along with a quote for the cost of the transfers.
- Proforma Invoice will be made after you approved the design and price, delivery time, etc.
- When your payment is confirmed, we will arrange your order by sequence. First come, first served.
- We will notify you when goods are ready for shipment, and tell you the DHL (or FedEx, UPS, EMS) tracking number.
How to apply a rhinestone transfer?
- Take off the protective foil from the tape.
- Place the transfer motif on the required position of the cloth.
- Lay an ironing fabric on the top of the motif and close the heat press. Required application time is completed, release the press.
- Turn inside out then press once again.
- Remove the sticker from the cloth after cooling.
- Turn inside for wash and set dryer on low to dry
