For avoiding the damage caused by violent transportation, we pack the ink and cartridge separately. Please use according to the instruction.

Don’t  touch the chip and nozzle to avoid damages to the cartridge.

Remove the protecting shell 

Remove the red seal on the nozzle 

Remove the yellow seal on the cartridge. 

Add the ink in turn of red , yellow  and blue after open the plug and add another color after one is finished to avoid adding wrong ink color.

As the cartridge is in open statue when adding ink ,there will be ink bleed at the nozzle .Please adsorb it with paper towel to prevent dirt items; 

Some printers will warn low ink or no ink after install the cartridge. This is caused by the printer program and inconsistent with the actual amount of ink. You can print normally.

If there is broken line or distortion during usage, please maintain and clean according to printer’s operating instruction. If it can’t solve the problem, you can take the cartridge out and have it stand for 1-2 minutes after opening the plug. Then put the plug on and retry.

Please add ink in time when there is blank area in print job for low ink .

Please print at least one time a week to avoid nozzle clogging caused by dry.

Warm Tips

Don’t press the cartridge heavily. No high temperature and no freezing.

If the cartridge can’t be recognized by printer after installation, you need get the cartridge out and clean the chip with cotton cloth or rubber.

If there is low ink or not show ink amount during usage, it is caused by the counter of recycled cartridges and will not affect the use of printer.

If the broken line and blank is always exist ,you can pump air at cartridge’s  air intake with syringe. The air amount should be less than 1ML ,otherwise it may damage the nozzle.
