The major objective of LMS is to eliminate paper work related to leave management. Any
employee request are directly routed to the line manager for their approval. Managers Dash
Board will have pending leave for approval and leaves can be approved or denied. There is
an option to export or import the data for integration with any other platforms thus saving
time and valuable resources. LMS also helps in calculating the leave accruals/salary and
gratuity of employees at any point of time as per the company policy.
LMS assist your employees apply for leave directly online, access the leave balances and
other leave related information such as available casual leave, sick leave, annual holiday
entitlement and to view the approved/denied leaves etc all this can be viewed online. The
leave policy of the company can be configured and applied to each under the same group.
